I have to agree on the drawdown issue. It's a hard, hard thing to be suffering huge drawdowns, even if God himself guarenteed what the end price would be.
I know I can't do it. if I am down $135 I am freaking out. Heck, I see a divergence in the bollinger band moving average relationship, I get out before the drawdown hits. I figure I can always get back in. Yeah, sometimes it gets me out and I miss the run up, but to me it's better to miss a good trade than be stuck in a loser.
I have always had to manage razor thin accounts though so that may be why I am so skiddish.
What good is it to have the ubber system, but the account sees 5k drawdowns regularly? How many small accounts can withstand that?
