I am a meteorologist. I agree, the forecast after the 7-8th for the east is a bit warmer...but does the ensemble forecast below look like a heatwave to you? The thing is, the next 2 reports for NG extractions will be above to well above normal. After that there's no huge warm up in the cards. As I've been saying all along its looking like an average winter thru Jan, in the aggregate. So this unprecedented plunge, and significant recovery, doesn't look much like a weather driven fluctuation to me. There must be something else.
