If you have never tried a good turtle soup .... you're missing one of life's not-so-simple pleasures.

Do you know how much they charge for that stuff at froggie (french, not the green type of frogs) restaurants?

Snapping turtles are quite tasty, prepared in a variety of ways.

Catch 'em or shoot 'em ... they are pretty good.
