I have learned to buy in the off-season for best prices. I do this with everything. I buy heaters in the summer and fans in the winter.

Saves a fair bit....so I can buy the angus ribeyes on sale now for 9.99/lb. I wonder if it will ever be this cheap again. Nicely marbled......10 to the freezer for summer.
