In the earlier days, if someone died, even if not tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, hospitals instructed their physicians to claim Covid as the cause of death on the certificate .... as long as they had "Covid-like symptoms".
This resulted in hospitals being paid well over eleven thousand dollars (that's U.S. Yankee Greenback Dollars) beyond their standard fees. If the individual, prior to death, had been on an incubator .... the extra fees added up to well over $34,000.00.
