I am in full agreement with you, Doc. The problem is .. that if you give something to the "Gimme .. Gimme ...Gimme More" crowd .. even if it has only been given them for six years .. it is made to be seen as some human right that has been around since the dawn of recorded history.

Just give me back my family deductible, with 100% coinsurance and underwrite, underwrite, underwrite ... rate up and decline so that I can get my 480 premium back with FAR better coverage.
