Yeah. Friends of mine bot a property in Florida and gloated over only paying $ 125,000 for a nice 3 bed bungee. Their accountant advised them not to rent it because of mandatory IRS reporting. They were planning to pay for it with the rental income when they weren't there.
When they suggested that they "needed" to rent it - told them that they were in for a world of hurt. There is a new growth industry out there now - Tax snitches - apparently comes with a reward. Just like bounty hunters. Hate to have Dog the bounty hunter show up at my door.... or his wife Beth - what a nightmare! Won't sleep tonight now!!

Can't you buy stingers at Canadian Tire??????
