RAIN !!!!!!!!!!! ?????
When I was commuting to Boeing in Seattle (Renton) late '70's one of the gals nicknamed me "Sunshine" as the sun always came out when I did !!! Believe me that didn't last "forever" !!!!!!

Now for the geography lesson:
I looked at google earth for a few minutes. Port Angeles was shown to be in Washington with Victoria above, but I assume Victoria is in Canada (BC) and the waterway is the boarder ????

I have often "kicked myself" for not learning more/exploring the area, but every time I had the time/chance it was raining !!!!! I think I could easily "get lost" in that terrain from what I can see if only it had the weather of say Telluride Colorado with some 300 ++ days of sunshine !!!!

On the convention:
I think they hit a "home run", quite a few in fact !!! I probably did miss bits and pieces of Romney tonight screwing with that email problem, but I didn't hear anything that I would worry about.

All in all, I was impressed, maybe they have learned !!! Stay off religion, women's choice and the boarder/immigration issue. The damage has been done by the "MO's" on immigration and it won't be fixed by the election. The "staunch conservatives" on the first two issues know they have no where else to turn, so they will fall in line with their votes and hope for the best !!!!

I hope Ryan can clearly continue to convey/explain a sensible plan on the budget/economy as things go forward and with that I think they have a chance !!!!

On Randolf's stated views, I hope he doesn't "plug his ears" and at least listens.

If I had a "space ship" bringing me mountains of "gold" I would "fund the world" to just sit back and scratch their Navel just like Greece, but I have not yet accomplished that !!!!!
