I was a broker years ago but scraped it all and walked away.
I was a good team player but the damn team wouldn't leave me alone.
I didn't like the the way I was getting paid and they wanted me to spend all of my time and talents on client accounts.

I would have preferred sharing the clients profits.
I would have shared their losses without a problem.

That's the way a broker should get paid.

Oh, They went bankrupt years ago. They took on a bunch of people that shouldn't have been brokers.

A nondisclosure I signed stops me from naming them or how much was involved.
I can say they were in Livonia, Michigan.
