I'm going to keep a tub, just get a soaker instead of this little worthless one w/ the plastic wraparound walls. Need to cut that out, put in green-board -- or whatever they call it -- then tile on top of that . Probably matching tile on the floor. Then move on to the next full bath after that

Bot this place a bit over a year ago from Chase...nice piece of property, the house is only 8 years old but the previous owner -- poor guy got foreclosed on -- just opted for all low end crap from top to bottom.
