You'll run most of your pneumatics at 90 or lower. I used to be a fan of Emglo, until they were picked up by the Yellow Black and Decker (Dewalt), which made Emglo Black and Decker, which today makes them Stanley Black and Decker....
I believe CFM to be of greater importance than the psi. That's more of a gauge of how often that guy's kickin' on and off, feeding your guns ... that and the tank size ... but unless you're driving multiple guns on a production basis ... pretty much any fair to middlin' compressor should prove more than sufficient.
Today, I'm all over the map with compressors ... I gots me Dewalt, Hitachi, Bostitch, and I don't know what all other brands, but it's many more than I just listed.
Just can't have too many tools. Not enough storage .. but not too many tools.
