That's a thoughtful commentary Wayne. But what I'm saying is when it comes to giving out tax breaks and tax credits we need to put money in the hands of people who spent it. Trying to raise a family on a household income below 70K these days is rough. It would be best for the countries future, economic and otherwise to take care of the people that need to buy their first house, not people who are considering buying a fully furnished vacation home.
The velocity of money is much greater for people w/ lower incomes because they have to spent the money.
We all know the cheapest people n the world are those that have money but really don't make it.
And those that have it, and make it, need no help.
Those with neither need the benefit of lower taxes.
