I want the $10k to front run the others. I'll buy forward and save some for the rainy day fund.

Better than giving to those who invest and don't consume. They just keep bidding on the higher steps back-and-forth resulting in higher imaginary prices for their portfolios.

the usa debt requires increasing money to pay the interest. It is a matter of who is at the front of the line for first use.
