Ain't seen Boston butt that cheap. However, three weeks ago, center cut boneless porkloin at a buck forty-nine. Sixty pounds and three days of runnin' the smoker gave me an opportunity to consume a lot of cheap Spanish sparkling and many coins of Vaper (Virginia and perique) and enjoy the sixty degree weather.
Pork seems to be king.
Stuff freezes well and is a delight to fry.
There's a bargain to be found ... but for how long?
