yes, what you say about governments is true. Having come from those systems of class rule or/and tyranny the authors of the constitution sought to, and did, create a system devoid of that crap. That was my point since you mentioned the Constitution. That we continually elect the bottom of the barrel scrapings that have walked us back towards the types of governance you describe is our fault...not the Constitutions.
