I am not in this trade, it is Dan. Many folks have offered thoughts to give him food for thought.

I am impressed by the "level of expertise" that seems to have surfaced surrounding Dan"s problem.

I was not suggesting being chintzy with the limit order, just not opening the door to the "sky's the limit with a market order before market open".

Maybe we will all learn something from this. All I can do right now is "root for Dan".
