Yes that would work. I have a variety of knifes ready for any occasion and wouldn't hesitate to use them in a life threatening situation. Saw a training video that showed a guy with a knife would win a fight against someone with a holstered gun as long as they were within 21 feet of each other. Hard to believe but the study was reproduced a multitude of times in various places. The study was done to show law enforcement types the danger of thinking they are safe and in control with a holstered hand gun. Just not so when less than 21 feet away. Never underestimate the value of a knife. And I'm enjoying the last of 2011 here for another hour. Happy New Year as you have an early start already. It never gets late here. Everything is always early.
