I only tried twenty and forty yards (ten each). Hits in the general direction of where I aimed it. Of course, I have admitted many times that ... when it's a side arm, I can't hit the broadside of a barn, if I'm standing inside of it.

No, didn't go after any turkeys. I have one, soaking in the brine, that will go in the smoker Thursday morning. It's from spring turkey season ....or some "in-between" poaching. Even on the wild ones, I don't skin' em. I pluck them, freeze them, thaw, brine and smoke 'em.

Shotgun, long bow /bow, and crossbow are the only legal hunting implements. I may harvest FAR more than I have permits. Easier to explain that "I left my tags at home", but I'll have it tagged by 11:30 p.m. than ..... NO, I didn't shoot that turkey with a pistol. Believe me.
