Outdoor or feral I don't know. They showed up and hung around. I didn't what them to reproduce in my yard so I trapped them one at a time. I took them to a neuter bus the came around weekly. The bus put them to sleep, cut on 'em, gave them shot, put 'em back in the trap, took my $40 and sent us home.

I turned them loose and throw some food out to them. They don't get close to people. So, I don't know. They could be outdoor feral cats.
