Lately they really seem to want to be part of France, not Canada. So, I suggest they just "float on back there " !!!!

When I was in Quebec in 1963 for the Bonhomme Carnival everyone spoke English and were very friendly. Amazingly the gals bought the drinks for the guys - must have been a male shortage at the time.
Anyway, as time went on, Quebec decided to be French and it seems everyone forgot how to speak English !! So, I forgot how to get to Quebec !!!! I learned to ski just out of Quebec city way back then and when their attitudes changed I never went back. I have NEVER gone to France either, the ones I have had the "unfortunate opportunity to work with" were total losers.
