Go over to youtube and search 2x bodyweight bench press. You will see a lot of folks do it. Its a benchmark that anyone who is enthused by weight training sets as a goal for themselves. its not unrealistic or superhuman. Vegans, non vegans, Its just a goal to reach and it takes work. My point of mention that i do it is my age and my condition decades ago that i would think not possible ....and for me particularly it was a plant based diet that did it. Its doable.
