When I encountered some severe joint, and overall body pains a few years ago, I went to nothing but red meat. No fish, foul, eggs, or vegetables/fruits (outside of black coffee and tobacco).
Within six months, I had lost around twenty pounds and my energy level was amazing. All pain had disappeared.
Now, I'm back to a typical "American diet", but with most raw fruits and vegetables restricted to the very minimum.
I am not a dietician or physician. That's solely what worked for me.
