My initial point was you cannot bench 2X your weight unless you weight train. You can bench 2X whether you are a meat-eater or not.... if you work out all the time, you might be able to.
you cannot say your vegetable life style gave you the strength.
Fact is. you weight train.
A MEAT-EATER WOULD PROBABLY BENCH MORE.
