Body pain is definitely associated with lifestyle choices. If we're sharing advice, here is my advice to help avoid pain -- Don't ride a motorcycle!

4 months ago, my wife and I were cruising on our bike on a highway near home (at ~65 mph) when a large dog appeared out of nowhere. We hit it square on. Didn't lay the bike down, but didn't come out unscathed either. I broke 4 bones in my mid-foot ankle, along with my tibia. Was in a cast for about 10 weeks, crutches for 3 weeks, and am now 'enjoying' physio.

The poor Harley fared even worse. RIP. or is that rest in pieces?

My dear wife came out of it with a few bruises, thankfully.

Take care out there!
